Co-op Deli

The Co-op Deli at Downtown and Cordata both offer entrees, side dishes, salads, and soup—all made from scratch in our kitchen using only the freshest ingredients and local organic produce whenever possible. Each store has a comfortable bright seating area where you can enjoy an affordable healthy meal or meet a friend for espresso and a dessert.

Both stores feature daily specials for breakfast and lunch—Downtown also offers a daily dinner special. Many deli items are designed for special diets such as wheat free, gluten free, low carbohydrate, low fat, and low sodium. Ask our servers for suggestions to match your needs.

The Cordata Deli features a fresh salad bar with seasonal vegetables and house-prepared dressings guaranteed free of preservatives or additives. In addition to roasted organic chicken to go, the Cordata deli also offers in-house prepared and sliced roast beef and turkey, minimally seasoned with no preservatives, sugar, or coloring agents. And we use compostable to-go containers in the deli at both stores.

Made-to-order Sandwiches

Order a build-your-own sandwich in advance—call ahead or stop by the deli counter at either store to place your order. Downtown sandwich menu. Cordata sandwich menu.

The Cordata deli also offers 3 daily choices of panini sandwiches—order at the counter. Popular versions are pesto-turkey-parmesan or meat loaf.

Catering and Box Lunches

Catering and box-lunch service are available with choices of sandwiches, salads, entrees, and trays of meat, cheese, veggies, or baked goods. It’s easy—simply email Trey Culbertson or call Trey at 360-734-8158, ext. 265. We prefer 72-hour advance notice, but can sometimes accommodate your order on shorter notice. Pay when you pick up your order.
