Class Description

Originating in China thousands of years ago, qigong is a practice of aligning breath, movement, and awareness. Regular practice has been shown to reduce anxiety, depression, and chronic pain. This free lesson is offered in preparation for World Tai Chi and Qigong Day on April 25. Pre-registration is required, as space is limited.
