Give Back to our Community

Part of the mission of the Co-op is to serve our community. We do this through education, event sponsorships, various types of donations, grants, and loans.

Community Shopping Days

Every year the Co-op Board of Directors selects 12 community organizations to receive a Community Shopping Day. Selected organizations receive 2% of one day’s sales, all register donations made during the month through the Donate the Difference pgoram, and have the opportunity to educate shoppers about their programs in the Co-op newsletter and with in-store displays.

The 2015 Community Shopping Day application period is now open.

All applications must be submitted electronically. The application deadline is Monday, September 1. Download the information and application, then email completed application to csd@communityfood.coop.
If you have any questions, email Karl Meyer or call 360-734-8158, ext. 160.
