Co-op Calendar

The Co-op offers cooking, health, and well-being classes throughout the year. Cooking classes feature local organic ingredients whenever possible. Since 2009, the Co-op has partnered with Whatcom Community College on Food and Wine classes.

For class or event details, click on title. To register for a class, follow the link at the bottom of the description for that class. Direct all inquiries regarding classes to Kevin Murphy.

Class Locations: All classes, unless noted otherwise, are held at either the Co-op Connections Building (405 E. Holly Street) or the Local Roots Room upstairs in the Cordata store (315 Westerly Road). Please park off-site if possible. Please do not wear strong fragrances to class.
