Local Providers for the Swan Café
& Deli
The Swan Café & Deli purchases local produce throughout
the year from local organic farmers--many of whom now make
their growing and production plans based on our needs. Here's
a list of local growers and producers who supply the Café.
They are always looking to grow their list of local partners.

Big Sky Garden is our primary supplier during
the local growing season for organic vegetables, greens,
and herbs.

Cedarville Farms supplies us with organic cold
weather/winter crops such as leeks, kale, collards, and
savoy cabbage, as well as organic eggs and other vegetables
during the growing season.

Bill Goff and Fisher's Choice provide us
with great wild-caught, locally smoked salmon.

Samish Bay provides us with organic artisan cheeses
year round.

Pleasant Valley Dairy provides us with great small-batch
farmstead cheeses year round.

Twin Sisters provides us with tasty locally grown
mushrooms.

Cascadia Mushroom Works provides us with gourmet
locally grown exotic mushrooms.

Appel Farms provides us with great locally made
paneer cheese.

Moka Joe is our local roaster for organic fair
