Local Providers for the Swan Café
& Deli
The Swan Café & Deli at our Downtown and Cordata stores purchase local produce throughout
the year from local organic farmers—many of whom now make
their growing and production plans based on our needs. We welcome local suppliers and are always looking for more local partners. Here's
a list of local growers and producers who currently supply our Cafés.
- Avenue Bread—croissants and rolls
- Barbie’s Berries—blueberries, raspberries, marionberries, strawberries in season
- Big Sky Garden—primary supplier during the local growing season for organic vegetables, greens, and herbs.
- Breadfarm—bread
- Cascadia Mushroom Works—gourmet locally grown exotic mushrooms.
- Cedarville Farms—organic cold weather/winter crops such as leeks, kale, collards, and savoy cabbage, as well as organic eggs and other vegetables during the growing season.
- Desire Fish Co.—local fresh salmon
- Devine Gardens—mixed greens and spinach

- Fairhaven Flour Mill—flour and oats
- Fresh Breeze Organic Dairy—milk and cream for espresso bar
