Cooking Instructor Robert Fong

Co-op members have enjoyed the talent and skill of local chef, restaurateur, and cooking instructor Robert Fong for many years. Currently he teaches classes for our Healthy Connection series at both our Cordata and Downtown stores. These classes are held under the partnership of Whatcom Community College and the Community Food Co-op. His popular classes often fill up and have a waiting list for last-minute cancellations.
